Tender for : Architectural services for redevelopment of Manger square – 24 months

                Bethlehem Municipality (BM) has received a Grant from the French Agency for Development, through Paris Municipality, for the project of Reinventing Public spaces in Bethlehem.

Bethlehem Municipality invites highly qualified candidates to apply for the following post:

Job Title:              Architectural services

Accountable to:  Planning and Development Department

Location:               Bethlehem Municipality

Closing Date:       Saturday - July 30th, 2019

Qualifications and duties:

Eligible Bidders should be registered at the VAT and Customs department and should provide Bethlehem Municipality with their VAT registration number and financial clearance certificate and valid company registration and classification documents in Palestine. The bidders should emphasize on previous experience concerning familiar fields of such projects.
Bid Securities of (1000 Euro) should be submitted as bank guarantee valid for a period of 90 days starting from submitting day. Personal checks and or cash payments will not be accepted.
Provided Prices should be VAT Included.
Bethlehem Municipality is not obliged to accept the lowest price, and the bid will be evaluated by a ratio of 70 % Technically, and 30 % Financially.
Bidders interested in applying for this tender can take a copy from Bethlehem Municipality, starting on Monday 08/07/2019 in order to obtain required documents.
The pre-bid meeting shall be held at Bethlehem Municipality, on Monday 22/07/2019 at 10:00 a.m.
Eligible Bidders should submit their offers in a sealed envelope enclosed no later than Thursday, 30/07/2019 before 12:00 a.m.
Bids opening session will be held on Thursday, 30/07/2019 at 12:00 a.m. at Be thlehem Municipality.
All expenses related to advertisement shall be paid by the successful bidder.
The work phase of this project starts with a written order from Bethlehem Municipality.
