On May 31st, the Mayor of Bethlehem Adv. Anton Salman welcomed a delegation of students from several universities in USA. He focused on the challenges that face Bethlehem today as a result of the Israeli occupation restrictions. A discussion went with the students explaining the history of the Palestinian endeavor for peace, emphasizing on the importance of the two-state solution in the area based on equality, justice, and dignity with East Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine.
