The Mayor of Bethlehem welcomes an American academic delegation and conveys the city challenges to them

On May 29th, the Mayor of Bethlehem Adv. Anton Salman welcomed an academic delegation from USA, in the presence of the Municipal Council Member Dr. Khader Alshalash. Salman focused on the challenges that face Bethlehem today and pointed out many historical facts related to the Palestinian cause along with United Nations resolutions concerning State of Palestine . Moreover, Salman emphasized on the importance of the two-state solution in the area based on equality, justice, and dignity with East Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine.
